"Understanding Emotional Eating" is a two-hour seminar exploring why most people struggle with unhealthy urges to eat, and why diets predictably fail (it's the diets, not you).  Whether you come to participate or simply listen, this information will help you understand why you're stuck where you are, and what you can do right now to begin building the relationship you want to have with food.  You are not alone, and there are solutions.  Click on the dates below for additional information.

"Managing Time in a High-Speed World."  Time management was supposed to be an obsolete need by now, what with all the technological advances that make our lives easier, theoretically freeing up lots of time for us to just enjoy ourselves.  Our progress however, has actually given us many more ways to use up our time, along with a helpless sense that it is passing by at a frightening pace.  Getting time back under control requires some basic strategies and life choices which are explored in this one-hour seminar.  Click on the date below for more information.

 * November 12, 2008 at Christ United Methodist Church in Upper St. Clair.  No admission fee.
